1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Services are provided by Al Durrah Home Healthcare.

2. Services Provided

• Medical nursing care (wound care, injections, etc.)
• Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)
• Post-operative rehabilitation
• Remote monitoring & telehealth consultations (where available)

Note: Our services do not include emergency or surgical care. For emergencies, contact DHA at 800342.

3. Patient/Guardian Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and updated medical history
• Maintain a safe environment for our staff
• If covered by health insurance, ensure it includes home care; otherwise, patient bears full costs

4. Medical Disclaimer

We follow DHA protocols but are not liable for:

• Complications from pre-existing conditions
• Non-compliance with care plans
• Property damage unless due to staff negligence

5. Critical Care Protocol

Service may be discontinued and patient transferred to hospital if:

• Sudden health deterioration occurs
• Vital signs become unstable

All transfer and hospitalization costs are the responsibility of the family.

6. Staff Protection

• Threats, abuse, or discrimination against staff are prohibited
• Violations may result in immediate termination of service and legal action

7. Financial Terms

• Payment due within 7 days of invoice
• Late payments incur 5% monthly penalty
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur 50% service fee

8. Data Privacy

Patient data is confidential under UAE Data Protection Law (2021). Data may be shared with:

• Treating physicians (with written consent)
• Government authorities (if legally required)

9. Legal Compliance

It is prohibited to provide services unauthorized by DHA (e.g., prescribing without medical reports). Violations may result in legal action.
